Job Description

We are looking for a high-energy, self-motivated Freelance Sales Professional to drive revenue growth and expand our market presence. In this role, you will own the full sales cycle—from prospecting and initial outreach to closing deals. This is a remote, contract-based position perfect for a "hunter" who thrives on autonomy and uncapped earning potential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation: Identify and qualify for new B2B/B2C opportunities through cold calling, LinkedIn networking, and industry research.
  • Pipeline Management: Manage your own CRM entries to ensure a consistent flow of prospects and timely follow-ups.
  • Product Expertise: Conduct compelling product demonstrations or sales presentations tailored to the client’s pain points.
  • Negotiation & Closing: Handle objections with grit and grace to secure signed contracts and meet monthly/quarterly targets.
  • Market Feedback: Provide insights back to the team regarding customer needs and competitor activity.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven Track Record: At least 2–5 years of experience in sales (SaaS and AI experience are a plus) but fresh sales executives are encouraged to apply.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; you should be able to sell a vision, not just a product.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficiency with CRM tools (like Customer.io, Salesforce, or Pipedrive) and virtual meeting platforms (Zoom, Lark).
  • Self-Discipline: As a freelancer, you must be comfortable managing your own schedule and hitting targets without a manager looking over your shoulder.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Recurring Subscription Commission (20%)
  • Project-Based Commission (20%)
